Stevens Point, WI– WebMovement, a full service digital website development and design agency based in Wisconsin, will be sponsoring the Websites & Blogs category at the upcoming 2014 Geekie Awards hosted in Hollywood, CA on August 17, 2014.

WebMovement returns this year to show their support for the 2014 winner after taking home the “Best Website” category trophy in 2013 for their work on TheNerdMachine.com, a retail store and site owned by Zachary Levi and partner David Coleman. The Website & Blog winner is determined by a number of factors-the quality and uniqueness of content being the most important for The Geekies panel of 70 expert judges. WebMovement’s goal is to compliment award-winning content by providing the winner with their own custom home page and site design to complete the package.

“Being a candidate for The Geekie Awards last year was an amazing experience, stated WebMovement Co-Founder and CEO Adam Woloszyn. “Winning it was something Gary and I will never forget. When the opportunity came along to sponsor the show, we felt that it made sense to be a part of it again, but in a new way to help another group or individual experience something similar to what we did last year”, Woloszyn added.

The Geekie Awards is an annual award show aimed at giving independent creators in entertainment, gaming, comics, art and more an opportunity to shine in front of a live, worldwide audience. The show and red carpet will be broadcast on Twitch TV on August 17, 2014 from The Hollywood Avalon.

WebMovement is a full service digital agency founded in Stevens Point, Wisconsin with exceptional experience in websites, applications and user experience. Established in 2008 by Adam Woloszyn and Gary Flavin, WebMovement’s client list includes brands such as Point Brewery and Columbia University.
